The surfing comptetion will take place at Chiba
(45 mins NE of Tokyo)
40 competitors: 20 men, 20 women
High-performance shortboarding only, sorry world,
no longboarding, SUP, body-surfing or any other wave-sliding techniques.
(which means The Duct Tape is still the biggest longboard event in the world)
