"Let us know how it goes!"

Generally some version of that sentence is the last thing we instinctively say as a customer walks out the door with a brand new surfboard.  And it's not just a polite way to fill the space, we genuinely mean it.

We want to know whether that board fills the need you came in looking to satisfy.  And we want to hear about all the different places you take that board.

We don't just like to hear customer feedback, we depend on it.  The feedback of friends, team riders, staff, and customers shapes the future of our board design and development.  We have plenty of ideas and opinions about what works, but the dialogue that exists around board design is paramount to guiding the course of our creative development as builders of surfboards.
