New Board Fridays: 1/25/19
Griffin shapes boards 5-6 days a week, and has kept that schedule for 10.5 years. As he finishes boards, he walks them over to the Waterman's Guild glass shop for the delicate process of fiberglassing the boards, and getting them ocean-ready.
Every Friday, the Waterman's van rolls up to our shop in Costa Mesa with a fresh batch of boards—typically a mix of stock boards for the racks of the shop and custom orders for eager customers who have been waiting 6-8 weeks for their new surfboard to come.
