Great boards and an amazing community!99

I have bought so far two almond boards, a joy 7'6" and a Sandía fish 5'6" (and I am sure I will get a couple more in the future). Why? The boards ride really well and the glass work is amazing. But what I enjoy the most is that Almond is also building a community around surfing. They organize monthly meets where you can try other boards or just meet nice people who also love surfing. They have an amazing team (shout out to Austin!) to geek out about boards and who guide you to make the best selection for the feeling you are looking for. I love my Almond boards and I really enjoy the community they are building!

Hey guys. I recently spent 6 weeks travelling around America with my family. I was desperate to find a board to bring home. I couldn’t tell you how many surf shops I walked into but it just didn’t feel right. Then I walked into Almond. I was drawn to this partial twin straight away. The guys at almond couldn’t have been more helpful. They even packaged it up for my flight home. Since then, this board has become my number one quiver. Love the loose feel, the comments I receive from literally everyone that even looks at the board are a testimonial to the shape look and feel. Well done team. My only negative is that you don’t have. A store in noosa Australia. If you ever want to open one, you know who to reach to.

The sandia fish has quickly become my go-to for anything 3-5 foot. I’m 6’2” and I ride this in a 6’0”. It’s perfect, and I love this board.

my favorite board

I really like the size and shape. I also surfed in Hawaii and Japan. It's been fun surfing. The thickness was just right, and I also liked the lightness.

How many feet long is a surfboard? Is the color the same brown as the photo?

Hello, I recently purchased a Special Recipe Fish 5-6" from you online and though I think the volume is good, it feels a little long and the nose feels a bit full for me. I am 5'-8" tall and 155 lbs. I was wondering how long a custom order for a board like this Sandia Fish #8375 but in 5'-5" with this exact kelp tint, single stringer, future twin boxes, same logo with same placement, with a gloss finish would take? Hey Mark, Thanks for reaching out! The Sandia Fish is a bit more pulled in at the nose, yet due to the "beak-nose" still packs quite a bit of volume there.
