Official Rules – Almond Surfboards Three Board Quiver Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

The Almond Surfboards Three Board Quiver Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Almond Surfboards (the “Sponsor”). For questions regarding this Giveaway, please contact Sponsor via the contact information on the Almond Surfboards website.

2. Eligibility

  • Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia.
  • Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if higher) at the time of entry.
  • Void where prohibited by law and in any jurisdiction where this Giveaway would require registration, bonding, or other approvals that Sponsor has not obtained.
  • Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members and household members of each are not eligible to enter or win.

3. Promotion Period

The Giveaway begins on the date and time indicated on the Giveaway landing page and ends on December 19, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (PST) (the “Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

  • During the Promotion Period, visit the Giveaway landing page and complete the entry form by providing all required information (such as your name, email address, and any other requested details) and submitting the form.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.
  • Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the duration of the Promotion Period. Multiple entries from the same person or email address may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
  • Automated, scripted, or bulk entries (including entries made by bots or automated services) are prohibited and will be void.

By submitting an entry, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Official Rules and the Giveaway Terms and Conditions referenced on the entry page.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a three-board quiver consisting of:

  • One (1) fiberglass Pleasant Pheasant surfboard;
  • One (1) fiberglass Special Recipe Fish surfboard; and
  • One (1) R-Series Joy surfboard.

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the total prize package is $3,944 USD. On the fiberglass models, the winner will be allowed to choose available colors, size, and logos from options offered by Sponsor at the time of fulfillment. Specific dimensions, colors, and graphic options are subject to availability and Sponsor’s current product offerings.

  • No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
  • Prize is non-transferable and may not be sold or assigned.
  • Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
  • Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of the prize that are not expressly stated as included.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

  • On or about December 20, 2025, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
  • Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification and Verification

  • The potential winner will be notified by email (and/or SMS, if applicable) using the contact information provided at the time of entry.
  • The potential winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within a time period specified by Sponsor.
  • If the potential winner (a) cannot be contacted; (b) fails to respond within the time period specified in the notification; (c) fails to timely return required documentation; or (d) is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

8. Consent to Marketing & Communications

By submitting an entry, you:

  • Confirm that you understand and agree that you will be added to Almond Surfboards’ email marketing list and may receive ongoing marketing emails and campaigns from Sponsor; and
  • Consent to receive communications related to this Giveaway (including entry confirmation, winner notification, and non-winner follow-up emails such as discount offers), as well as general marketing communications, subject to applicable law.

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in those communications. Opting out of marketing emails will not affect your eligibility for the Giveaway, but may limit follow-up communications regarding non-winner offers.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and transferable right and license to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, and statements about the Giveaway for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes in any media, without further notice, review, or compensation.

10. General Conditions

  • Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, illegal activity, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
  • If the Giveaway is terminated before the end of the Promotion Period, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, select the winner from among all eligible entries received up to the time of the event giving rise to termination.

11. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to:

  • Unauthorized human intervention in the Giveaway;
  • Technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines;
  • Printing, typographical, or other errors in any Giveaway materials;
  • Lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or communications;
  • Any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation or receipt or use of the prize.

In no event will the Released Parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages related to the Giveaway.

12. Disputes and Governing Law

Except where prohibited, you agree that:

  • Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and
  • Any such disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Sponsor is located, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

Venue for any legal action arising from or related to this Giveaway shall lie exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Sponsor’s principal place of business, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By entering, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described therein and in these Official Rules.

14. Winners List

For the name of the winner (available after the winner has been confirmed), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Sponsor at the mailing address listed on the Almond Surfboards website, with a request for the “Three Board Quiver Giveaway Winner List.” Requests must be received within sixty (60) days after the end of the Promotion Period.
