We built some custom mid-lengths with our friends Gumtree Golf & Nature Club for their recent Nature Club collection.
I first met Gumtree founder Karsten Jurkschat back in 2016 at our shop in Costa Mesa. He picked up a 7’6 Joy on his way through town.
We were reintroduced almost a decade later when he had moved to Brooklyn and started Gumtree. I was so stoked to see what he had been up to. The whole idea of “just out for a walk” is so reminiscent of the surfing experience and so perfectly suited to golf.
When we first started chatting about building some boards together I was beyond stoked. Karsten does such a great job with every product he touches and Gumtree has developed such a distinct creative point of view. We’re very happy to help bring these surfboards to life for this Nature Club collection.
