Alex Swanson // Greg Swanson
I have known Alex and Greg Swanson since we were tiny kids. They grew up down the street from my Grandparents, and we would run back and forth between both houses’ pools in the Summer. I hadn’t seen any of the Swansons for years until 2009 when I opened the original Almond Shop on Old Newport Blvd. It’s been fun to work with them on various projects, and Alex has contributed quite a lot of photography recently. They linked up in Santa Barbara a little while back to shoot some of our new SS15 collection. Working with old friends and new friends alike is one of the more rewarding portions of executing a brand. Our aim has always been to do a few things well, and provide a platform to allow people to work within their strengths and gifts. Thanks for sharing your strengths and gifts with us, Alex.
