This is a new 6'3 Step-Up custom fish for Joel Owen of Fridays at Almond and Pawnshop kings fame.  Step-Up boards are designed to be close enough to what you are familiar with to provide some continuity across your quiver, while also giving you a dedicated board for when the waves get a little bigger.  Go get 'em, Joel...
