Every fiberglass board is shaped and glassed in Santa Ana, California — one at a time — by craftsmen who care deeply about their work. That hands-on approach ensures consistency, longevity, and a personal touch that machines can’t replicate.

We use premium polyurethane or EPS blanks paired with high-grade fiberglass cloth and resin. Our team hand-laminates each board, balancing strength with flex. The result is a board that feels alive under your feet, not overly stiff or disposable.

Yes. Each board starts with a hand-tuned outline, refined rocker, and carefully sculpted foil. While some rough cutting may be machine-assisted for accuracy, every Almond board is finished, sanded, and signed by hand — the craftsmanship you feel in every turn.

Custom boards generally take 8–12 weeks to complete. Each one is shaped, glassed, and finished by hand in California. The timeline depends on the model, details, and the number of boards currently in the queue — quality always comes before speed.

Each fiberglass board is hand-wrapped and boxed for protection, then shipped via trusted freight carriers on Tuesdays and Fridays. Once your board ships, you’ll receive tracking details and a confirmation email. When it arrives, inspect it right away to ensure no damage occurred in transit.
