Simon Patchett // New 9'8 Pintail

We've been working with Patchy on refining rails and rocker profiles for Australia, as the waves are quite a bit different than California. Patchy's lack of geographic proximity doesn't limit his enthusiasm for in-depth surfboard conversations with Griffin. Emails, Skype conversations and even shaping room soundtracks were exchanged to bring this 9'8 Pin-Tailed Nose-ride friendly surfboard in to being.  Here's Patchy surfing the Coal Coast a couple days ago.  Photos, courtesy of his brother, Nathaniel.
