Huge congratulations to Andy Nieblas for finishing 2nd in the Final, of the Duct Tape Invitational last weekend, during the US Open. Andy surfed in the final with Justin Quintal, Ryan Burch and Alex Knost, eventually losing the lead to Justin (who got a super long, good left towards the end of the heat.)
