The best Summer surf days are the ones where you surf in the morning, get out of the water to rehydrate and eat a little bit of food, and then paddle back out because it still looks fun and the tide is starting to fill back in.
Those are some of the most memorable days.
Before Summer is in full effect, I want to plant that seed in your imagination. Long days at the beach, multiple surf sessions, and tin-foil wrapped burritos.
This is my encouragement to plan surf days. Plan the trip. Make it happen at least once this Summer.
We ship custom boards all over the country (and the world for that matter) but there’s something objectively better about picking up your board in person and immediately striking out on a surf trip.
There’s something nice about picking up a board in person, talking through fins and conditions, then heading straight to the beach to go surf it.
No waiting around for shipping updates. No cardboard boxes or tracking numbers. Just a new board and a few days to go enjoy it.
If you’ve been thinking about a new board this Summer, maybe this is your sign to come spend a few days surfing Southern California.
Plan the trip. Text a friend. Pick up your board. Go surf a bunch.

P.S. We have extended Summer hours at the shop for this very purpose.
